gay males, form a strict scrutiny "state compelling

interest or interests" against civil unions, registered

adoption by gays.

Ignoring 224 years of science, medical journal studies

based legislative statutes and Stare Decisis Federal &

State court rulings properly banning unsafe homosexual

acts by both homosexuals and heterosexuals, the US

 Supreme Court ignored past focus on unsafe homosexual

sex acts started with invented identity over acts precident

Roemer v. Evans (1996) and finishing with Lawrence v.

Texas (2003) overturning the US Supreme Court Case,

Bowers v Hardwick (1986).

Unfortunately, for all, Federal & some State courts,

including US Supreme Court, have unconstitutionally

ignored the 5th & 4th Amendments' priorities. They put

the LIBERTY interest ahead of the LIFE Interest, i.e.,

HEALTH interest, throwing both Gays & Straights "under

the bus" especially in the US Supreme Court Cases:

Roemer v. Evans (1996) & Lawrence v. Texas (2003)!
